Turbo Play Screen Capture

This small Turbo Play tool allows a quick, hardware based screen video capture with audio support. It is based on my CodeProject Article.

Windows 8 or later required.

Running sc64.exe /? will show the following help menu. Only the /f parameter is mandatory. The parameters to /v and to /a depend on your hardware, and you will presented with options. For example, to use the first audio device with channels 1 and 2 you would use /a 0,1,2.

/f - set output file
/v [number] - select video capture device
/a [entry] - select audio capture device
/cursor - capture carsor (0, or 1, default 1)
/rect - specific rectangle (say, /rect 0,0,500,300)
/vc - set output video encoder (H264,H265,VP80,VP90, default H264)
/vb - set output video bitrate (KBps, default 4000)
/vf - set output video frame rate (default 25)
/vt - set output video threads (1-16, default automatic)
/ac - set output audio encoder (MP3,FLAC,AAC, default MP3)
/ab - set output audio bitrate (KBps, default 192)
/ach - set output audio channels (default 2)
/asr - set output audio sample rate (default 48000)
/start - 0 or 1 (Start immediately or with Ctlr+Alt+F11)
/end [sec] - end after timeout in sec
