a remake of “A Drama in Livonia”
A murder at a snowbound inn. An innocent man condemned. The truth lies frozen somewhere between Riga and the road east.
The Baltic Provinces · Winter, 1876
A blizzard closes the roads, a lamp burns late at a lonely inn, and by morning a man is
dead and a purse is gone. Suspicion falls at once on a poor, honest schoolmaster — and the
whole province is content to let him hang. You are not.

Justice, at least, is free.
I've been a passionate adventure-game player since 1990, but for years I had no way to make my own. I'm a seasoned low-level C++ audio, image and video developer — not a graphics or animation artist — and I always dreamed of remaking the stories I grew up on, from Laura Bow and Shadow of the Comet to the mysteries of Jules Verne.
The combined power of Unity, Adventure Creator and the AI tooling I've built into Turbo Play finally made it possible. This is my attempt to carry Verne's cold, human drama into a game you can walk through, clue by clue.
